Hello! I'm Sarah, founder of Sarah Ann Weddings & Events. I started this company eight years ago with the the idea that every couple's wedding day should be beautiful, unique, fun, and ultimately, theirs.

I'll be the one you meet with at the coffee shop, the late night text when you can't get wedding planning off of your brain, and the one who fixes your hair right before you walk down the aisle. 

I love what I do and it shows. 

My favorite things: my beautiful daughters, my husband, my three dogs, coffee, plants, fresh sheets. sappy romantic movies, all of the animals, front porch swings, working out, the Jacksonville Jaguars, Florida Gator football, a quiet beach, a good book I can't put down, mother son dances, and kitchen dance parties.

Hi there! I'm Paige, Senior Planner for Sarah Ann Weddings & Events. I am a city girl from Edina, Minnesota where I was born and raised. My husband, Ryan, and I moved to North Carolina for him to pursue his career as a Naval Dentist. 

I started in the wedding industry when I was a junior in college at the University of Minnesota. Starting out as an intern for Minneapolis based wedding planning company, I made my way up to an assistant coordinator, to a lead planner in the company. My love for weddings deepens with each one I get to be a part of. It is a special phenomenon that never gets old - watching it all come together, the joy and excitement of the couple and their family/friends, and the fulfillment of watching countless memories be made. I pride myself in being organized, having an eye for detail, and being able to manage a stressful day with ease. I love what I do, and would love to help you out with one of the most important days of your life!

Hi there! I'm Emmalie, Associate Planner for Sarah Ann Weddings & Events. I grew up in sunny Florida and later met my husband in Charlotte, where we spent twelve wonderful years before settling in Wilmington, North Carolina in early 2024. Soon after moving, we welcomed our first baby, Charlie!

With over nine years of experience in the events world, I’ve come to love the way every little detail works together to create an experience that feels both beautiful and deeply personal. I believe a wedding should feel like you - full of heart, joy, and magic. My favorite part of being a part of people’s wedding day is
seeing all those meaningful moments come to life and knowing the couple will carry those memories with them forever.

My favorite things: Mountain adventures and hiking, puzzles, cooking, lighting the fancy candles, thrifting, fantasy novels, crisp fall weather, and living a beautifully romantic life.

Hi there! I'm Katie, Associate Planner for Sarah Ann Weddings & Events. I am so excited about the possibility of being a part of your DAY!!

just a little about me, I grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, and moved to Wilmington to get my degree in Marketing. I quickly discovered my love for the wedding industry at a local flower shop and never looked back. 

My experience with weddings and design has allowed me to be apart of so many beautiful celebrations. What I love the most about a wedding is getting to meet so many lovely people and hear the stories that brought them together. Getting to help bring joy to a couple on their wedding day is what makes this job so special to me! I am here to help you truly enjoy your engagement season!!

My favorite things: romcoms, designing flowers, a latte at a cute coffee shop, books with happy endings, every beach ever, golden retrievers, a girls trip, good concerts, and a perfect weather walk!!

Hi there! I'm Melissa, Lead Coordinator for Sarah Ann Weddings & Events. My family and I just moved to the Wilmington area after 15 years in Seattle. It's going to take me quite a while to get used to the coast being on the right side!

While I am new to wedding coordinating, I have supported over 80 weddings in the past two years. Prior to moving to NC, I was the venue assistant at Twin Willow Gardens in Snohomish, WA. My favorite part of the wedding day is after dinner. Everyone is happy, relaxed, and ready to dance the night away!

My favorite things: traveling, dating my husband, going to the beach with my boys, talking to my Marine and college sons on the phone, thrifting, decorating, dancing, and planning your wedding!
